Quantum Products LLC operates its reliable glycerin refining & re-manufacturing facility at 1825 CR 614 Dayton, TX 77535.
The facility has a 4,000-gallon-per-day continuous processing capacity. The plant is Kosher-certified by OK Kosher and Halal-certified by the American Halal Foundation. The glycerin products made at the plant will meet Kosher and Halal standards.
Our manufacturing process and practices will produce clean and consistent food-grade, cosmetic-grade, and medical-grade glycerin. We have excellent transport & logistics capabilities at our facility.

Clean & Proprietary Manufacture
Our facility utilizes a multi-stage process including a patented vacuum and dilutive distillation unit developed by Glycol Specialists Inc.
The facility is capable of producing glycerin for a wide variety of end uses.

With its Kosher-certified and Halal-certified process, procedures, product testing, and analysis capabilities, Quantum Products can ensure the production of clean, uniform, and quality refined glycerin that will consistently meet USP, Halal and Kosher standards. Our target product is 99.7% glycerin shipped with a Nitrogen cap to maintain its purity.
Quantum’s superior level of purity standards for its refined glycerin allows for direct use of the refined glycerin in demanding markets and products for its customers. Our plant can also produce glycerins of various grades and purity to meet customer requirements.
Plant-Based Glycerin Supplier
Glycerin can be produced from either plant-based or animal-based feed material sources. However, to ensure a Kosher and Halal quality products, the feed material used by Quantum Products will be exclusively plant-based and predominantly from biofuel-production sources.
The plant sources will include soybean, palm, and other plant materials. The crude glycerin feed materials are of variable quality and are either treated as waste material or sold with minimum-market value. However, they can be purified using technology like the proprietary technology used at Quantum Products’ facility into multiple grades of glycerin and other by-products with a wide variety of applications.
Excellent Freight & Transit Links
Our facility site in Dayton, TX was selected because of its strategic freight links that will help connect our reliable glycerin production to the country-wide freight & commerce networks. It will also allow us to receive feed material from numerous sources, including oversee through the Baytown and Houston ports. The plant will have rail-car trans-loading and unloading capability. It also is in close proximity to major interstate highways, which makes inbound feed and outbound product transportation even more viable. Further, the plant's large storage capacity and capability to produce and store quality glycerin will aid in increasing the potential service area for our products and minimizing delivery lead times.
Our Products
We manufacture four key kinds of glycerin products at our brand-new Texas facility. Each of these has a different market produced by our patented glycerin manufacturing procedure.
US Pharmaceutical-Grade Glycerin
Our superior levels of purity allow for use of our glycerin for pharmaceutical applications, where it is FDA-approved and known to have antiviral & antimicrobial properties.
Kosher Glycerin
The demand for food-grade glycerin is high in the Kosher market which expresses strong interest in new sources from potential clients. As Quantum Products glycerin is high-quality and plant-derived, it is suitable for this market.
Glycerin-Based antifreeze
We produce an antifreeze based on glycerine instead of the traditional ethylene glycol agent. The use of glycerine antifreeze in automotive and industrial contexts is currently becoming widespread showing strong potential for this product.
Cutting Oils
Quantum Products will also have cutting oils available for sale as a by-product of its glycerin operations. Cutting oil is the oil used in the machining and manufacturing of metal products, which generates a great deal of heat. Cutting oil is applied to the work area, to carry away some of the heat and lubricate the cutting tool, enabling a better cutting motion with less friction and consequently extending the tool’s life.
The glycerin available at Quantum Products’ refining operation is ideally suited for use as a cutting oil. It will be in plentiful supply and available for delivery in totes, drums, or smaller volumes. Because of the volume of cutting oil that will be available at our plant, delivery can be arranged within a day of placing an order.
Light Oils
As part of our purification and refining process of crude glycerin feed, we will be removing the MONG (Matter Organic Non-Glycerin) that is present in the feed material. MONG is the collective name for organic impurities separable in the distillation of crude glycerin. MONG consists of free fatty acids, triglycerides, polymeric glycerol, and other organic residues. Removing the MONG improves the quality and yield of our distilled glycerin. It also improves the taste, color, and odor of the finished glycerin. The MONG content of crude glycerin is usually about 3% to 5%.
While MONG is a negative factor in glycerin, it has value in other markets as light oil. It can be used by biodiesel plants, animal feed suppliers, and other users. We will be able to separate and collect about 500 gallons of this material per month and have it available for sale at market prices.
Our History At Quantum Products
Quantum Products LLC was established to refine waste materials containing glycerin into clean and usable products with high-market demand.
We started the operation of our glycerin refining and remanufacturing facility at 3020 Beaumont Avenue, Liberty, Texas in December 2022. Because of the larger market for domestic glycerin and the abundant supply of feed materials, we have increased our production capacity. the increased production required us to move to a larger facility. As a result, the Quantum Product’s plant is now located at 1825 County Road 614 in Dayton. Texas 77535
The plant is still located and operated to concentrate on refining glycerin for the US Pharmaceutical-grade and Kosher-glycerin markets. However, with the new location and capacity Quantum Products will also be to produce glycerin of various qualities, including Halal-certified glycerin to the specifications of the customer. We also will have the ability to produce glycerin-based anti-freeze as this market develops.
